Connie is a licensed real estate agent. She joined CDR in March of 2008 and serves as a Buyer Specialist, conducting open houses on listed REO properties and helping potential buyers negotiate purchases. She also performs comparative price analysis and Broker Price Opinions, as well as offers HAMP and Loan Modification assistance.

 Connie holds a degree in Accounting and assists in a bookkeeping capacity, as well, issuing payment on property utility billings and monitoring all receivables and vendor reimbursements related to REO property rehabilitation and maintenance.
